Procter & Gamble is one of the key partners for Habitat for Humanity. As a part of the global cooperation announced in August 2013, more than 3000 volunteers from P&G support Habitat all around the world, while working on its own goals of promoting social responsibility and sustainable development. The partnership with Procter & Gamble is the largest one-time corporate volunteering event in the 40 years of Habitat’s history.
In Poland Procter & Gamble initiated its cooperation with Habitat for Humanity Poland by supporting the renovation of a multi-family building in Targowek, Warsaw in 2015. Every year, the company supports renovation projects undertaken in partnership with housing associations and individual families. Until now, the cooperation between Procter & Gamble and Habitat for Humanity Poland allowed to help 70 families and about 130 employees took part in renovations (as a part of corporate volunteering events).
